Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was just what I needed after a long drive across Indiana and Ohio. The room was inviting, large, and clean, equipped with a microwave and mini fridge, making it perfect for relaxation. Although spacious and comfortable, the carpets needed a good shampoo. The location was convenient, just off the freeway, which was ideal for my journey. While the room service was helpful and accommodating, unfortunately, there were issues with deposit scams, which was a letdown. Overall, a satisfying stay despite some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the Best Western Penn-Ohio Inn & Suites was overall pleasant. The rooms were spacious and had a King bed, microwave, and fridge, but some stains on the carpet/furniture and a slight odor were noticeable. The service provided by the manager and his staff members was efficient and cordial, although there was a minor issue with the room cards. The location was convenient for my visits to Hubbard, Youngstown, and Sharon PA, even though it was quite busy, and I found it handy to have local restaurants nearby. The dining options were decent, although having only cold breakfast was a bit of a letdown compared to my expectation for a waffle. Despite some downsides, the hotel offered value for money considering the amenities available.
My stay at the Best Western Penn-Ohio Inn & Suites had its ups and downs. The location is convenient, right off the freeway and close to Hubbard, Youngstown, and Sharon PA. The room was okay, but there was a noticeable smell of smoke. The service was efficient, with Eugene and Patrick being particularly helpful. However, the dining experience left much to be desired as everything was cold and unappealing. Overall, it's a decent option along the highway.
